Naomi Allen Seales

Naomi is an Investment Manager at Northstar with a focus on backing innovative companies that are catalysing change. She has a particular interest in technology businesses that are solving societal problems in innovative ways and contributing to regional growth.

Naomi joined Northstar in 2021, having spent eight years at a FTSE 100 wealth management company specialising in product and investment development. She has a Master of Mathematics from Newcastle University and is an Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Naomi is committed to inclusivity in venture capital, supporting underrepresented founders and encouraging more women to explore careers in investment. Alongside her role at Northstar, Naomi is a Trustee of Tyneside Outdoors, a Regional Board Member at The Whole Point, a member of the Business and Engagement Advisory Board for Newcastle University’s School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics, and a panel member for Durham University’s ESRC Impact Acceleration Account Steering Group.
