Deborah is responsible for bringing together various office functions such as business support, compliance, administration and communications.

With a largely commercial background, prior to joining Northstar Ventures, she worked mainly in the private sector in recruitment, French law, and also spent 20 years in manufacturing. 

Deborah is a writer and is a recent graduate of the Faber Academy Newcastle.
