Role: Graduate Programme 

Are you fascinated by technology and the way it is changing the world? Do you want to work with companies on the cutting edge of technology helping them to realise their potential?
We are seeking recent graduates for our graduate programme, to help manage our investment portfolios and to assist on making new investments. The programme would initially be for 6 months with a view to full employment.


The successful candidate will need to work as an integral part of a small team. They will need to be self-motivated and will initially assist other team members in the making and management of investments, before undertaking those responsibilities themselves.

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with a number of prospective and existing investee businesses.
  • Assist other team members in the making of new investments and the management of existing portfolio companies.
  • Prepare investment papers for new/follow-on investments.
  • Review and analyse financial and other information for the whole of the portfolio.
  • Ensure all necessary administration is completed resulting from agreed actions (fee / dividend / capital payments)

Full training will be given by our experienced investment team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Degree qualified ideally in a related business or analytical subject such as mathematics, economics, engineering, science or finance.
  • Qualitative analytical skills as well as familiarity in IT (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • An interest in technology and social media.
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a small team.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people including investees, stakeholders and intermediaries.
  • Experience of Entrepreneurship / Founders programmes would be desirable although not essential. 
  • Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
