Personal Bio

Emma manages Northstar’s finances and operations.

As Finance Director, Emma is responsible for the smooth running of our business. She manages our finance and administration teams and is also responsible for our compliance procedures. Emma also sits on our Investment Committee.

Before joining Northstar, Emma worked as Associate Director at KPMG and EY. She has over 20 years’ experience in mergers, acquisitions, due diligence and transaction services.

Emma is also a trustee of County Durham Community Foundation.
